Plan Your Playa del Carmen Journey
Hotel address first, transfer second
The TQO private shuttle is intended for Playa del Carmen hotels or an agreed accommodation address. Confirm your exact property before booking. A resort described as being in the wider Playa del Carmen area may need a different zone selection from an address in the town centre. The provider should confirm what the selected option covers.
What the private booking provides
The listing includes a private air-conditioned van, airport reception, bilingual driver, passenger insurance and bottled water. A host meets arrivals with a name sign and helps them find the vehicle. The group starting price is for up to three; select the correct party size and option for a larger group.
Shared service ends at Tukan Hotel
The separately bookable shared shuttle in our comparison drops passengers at Tukan Hotel. It excludes individual hotel drop-offs, food and drinks. It also asks for a reservation at least 48 hours ahead. Add any onward journey to your accommodation when deciding whether the fare and arrangement suit you.
Do not read validity as driving time
TQO’s page uses a one-day validity label. That does not mean an all-day chauffeur service or a 24-hour journey. Its saved listing does not give a dependable driving-time estimate. The shared listing contains differing timing descriptions. Ask the operator about the exact journey rather than turning either label into a guarantee.
Family requirements need confirmation
Car seats are listed among TQO’s inclusions. Confirm the suitable size, quantity and availability before paying, and include the luggage and pushchair details in the same message. If the party has access requirements, confirm the actual vehicle arrangement; photographs and generic descriptions do not establish boarding access.
Find the representative and arrange departure
The TQO Playa listing identifies the ground-transport platform area at Terminals 3 and 4. Follow the current voucher and ask for instructions for another terminal. For a return option, supply the departure flight and agree a hotel collection time. Airport arrival and hotel departure are separate instructions, even when booked together.
